SUBJECT: CRIMINAL ALLEGATIONS REGARDING THE COMMISSION OF TREASON
I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.
Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors--command racketeers--are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America's constitutional government.
Free from constitutional restraint, and following your criminal example, military commanders deployed U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Alabama last week in a demonstration of their newly received despotic, domestic police power.
We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
Confident holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy.
My sworn duty Mr. Obama is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander in chief.

Dear Fellow American,
Barack Obama's attorneys have taken another step toward destroying the Constitution of the United States—this time in a California State Court. Those attorneys, working with liberal California State Attorney General Jerry Brown, convinced the Judge at a March 13, 2009 hearing to rule that only Members of Congress can challenge the qualifications of Mr. Obama to serve as President.
The Judge further ruled that a challenge can only be made on the 6th day of January following the meeting of the Presidential electors, at the session of Congress where the vote of the Electoral College is counted and the results announced. To use the Judge's words, this is "the exclusive means for challenges to the qualifications of President..."
Further, the Court blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr, Obama! These vital records could have proven whether Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States, or whether he is a USURPER, a FRAUD, sitting in the oval office without any legal authority to do so!
It is unbelieveable to me how and why these courts continue to refuse to hide Obama's eligibility. The more I think about it, it appears evident that they know he is NOT eligible, but maybe afraid of the ramifications ?
This truly is a crisis of epic proportions in our country!
Screw what a bunch of dam judges say! - They work for us - not vice versa- when 75 million people are screaming and hollering to put the POS in jail- what's the dam judge gonna say/do? -It's no longer WAKE UP AMERICA - IT IS NOW RISE UP AMERICA!!!!!!
Sounds like someone told the military about the "civilian army" (read that brown shirts) that "will be equally armed and equally trained", according to Obama. Sounds, too,like they are finally realizing that the unthinkable job of protecting America and her citizens from "enemies DOMESTIC" is actually on the radar. I have a high regard for our military and for this gentleman. Mr. Fitzpatrick is an American Hero!
