Obama Says Economy Making Gains

In the second prime-time news conference of his presidency, President Barack Obama declares that despite obstacles ahead, the economy is "moving in the right direction." The president also casts his $3.6 trillion budget -- now under review in Congress -- as essential if the country is to emerge from the recession.
