This one may end up being too much fun for us! I know he only put this out for federal workers. Notice he's not interested in what WE THE PEOPLE have to say. But let's give them a hand:

WASHINGTON - Think you can do better than your federal boss? President Barack Obama wants to know how.
Obama on Saturday announced a plan for federal workers to propose ways to improve their agencies' and departments' budgets. The president said employees' ideas would be key as his Cabinet officials try to cut millions from the budget and trim the deficit.
"After all, Americans across the country know that the best ideas often come from workers, not just management," Obama said in his weekly radio and Internet address. "That's why we'll establish a process through which every government worker can submit their ideas for how their agency can save money and perform better. We'll put the suggestions that work into practice."
Obama's pitch comes at the end of a week focused on federal spending. On Friday, Democrats in Congress neared a deal on Obama's budget proposal and inched closer to passing a bill that would result in some $500 billion in deficits.
To confront that perception, Obama earlier in the week ordered officials to identify $100 million in savings to achieve over time -- a relative pittance against the broader plan, his aides later acknowledged.
"Earlier this week, I held my first Cabinet meeting and sent a clear message: cut what doesn't work. Already, we've identified substantial savings," Obama said. "And in the days and weeks ahead, we will continue going through the budget line by line, and we'll identify more than 100 programs that will be cut or eliminated."
Obama said his administration would make $2 trillion in deficit reductions in the next decade, a pledge he has made repeatedly during his first three months in office. He also said he wants to re-evaluate priorities in the capital and urged Congress to pass legislation that would force lawmakers to pay for new policies and avoid large deficits. He also told agencies they could keep a part of the money they save.
"So much of our government was built to deal with different challenges from a different era," said Obama, noting that he took office facing a $1.3 billion budget deficit.
"Too often, the result is wasteful spending, bloated programs and inefficient results."

It requires leading from the top -- from the White House, to Departments and Agencies, State, local, tribal governments, the C-Suite, and to the local classroom and library. The national dialogue on cybersecurity must advance now.
The White House must lead the way forward with leadership that draws upon the strength, advice and ideas of the entire nation.

Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes has given perhaps his most dire warning yet, saying that the Obama administration is preparing to stage terror attacks, declare martial law and cancel the 2012 elections, which is why they are demonizing their political enemies as criminals and terrorists.
Keyes is best known for his performance during the 2000 Republican presidential debates, when he was accredited by many media outlets as being the clear winner during a series of debates with George W. Bush and John McCain.
"It's obvious that they will stop at nothing," Keyes told attendees of a reception in Fort Wayne, adding, "We may wake up one day and there's a series of terrorist attacks, the economy is paralysed....martial law will be declared everywhere in the United States and it won't end until the crisis ends."
Keyes said that Americans should be thankful if they even see another election in 2012, stating, "If we don't wake up and work to see that it happens, we will not see another election."
"The minute they think they can get away with it, they will end this system of government and that is their intention," added Keyes, noting that everyone acting as if the time we are in was just "business as usual" reminds him of the attitude of politicians in the Weimar Republic when Hitler was rising to power or eastern Europe when the Communists were taking over after the second world war.
Keyes said that because the majority of people are decent-minded, they believe others will play by the rules when this simply isn't the case, warning that this attitude will allow evil to take over before we can do anything about it.
"It is so clear hat we have now put a faction in place - they are not playing by the rules and they don't intend to play by the rules - if they were playing by the rules they wouldn't have tried to identify their opposition as criminals," added Keyes, making reference to the recent controversy surrounding the release of the MIAC and Homeland Security reports, which implied that Americans who exercise and are knowledgeable about their constitutional rights are a threat to law enforcement and potential domestic terrorists.
Keyes said that the only solution was from the bottom up because our leaders "are so gutless that they won't even ask that the Constitution be enforced for clear, plain, absolutely unequivocal requirements," and respond meekly with "their lips shut and their hearts terrorized."
Keyes also warned of Obama's agenda to create a civilian security force and said it was part of the ultimate agenda to disarm American citizens and create a police state.
Keyes has been a vocal critic of Obama, warning that he is a radical Communist who is determined to destroy America, and that if his agenda is not stopped then the country as we know it will cease to exist.

New law to 'manage' 8 million 'volunteers'

© 2009 WorldNetDaily President Obama today signed into law the "GIVE Act," H.R. 1388, which
expands massively the National Service Corporation and allocates to it billions
of dollars, and one executive for the program now says it will allow for the
"managing" of up to eight or nine million people.
WND has reported on the plans to assemble such a
corps ever since Obama told a campaign stop in Colorado Springs in 2008 that he
wants a "Civilian National Security Force" as big and as well-funded as the
U.S. military.
The bill includes a "National Service Reserve Corps" whose members have
completed a "term of national service," "training" and "not less than 10 hours
of volunteering each year."
In a conference call with reporters on the plan, Alan Solomont, the
chairman of the Corporation for National and Community Service, said the 75,000
current members of the AmericCorps program "leverage" about 2.2 million volunteers, and the total of all such
volunteers who are managed through the federal program total about four million.
He said the possibility with the expanded authorization and funding means
that up to eight or nine million could be involved.
"If we triple the size of AmeriCorps from 75,000 members to 250,000 members
annually, and if we - if those 75,000 AmeriCorps members are currently engaging
2.2. million volunteers a year, we could triple that to 6.6 million volunteers,
250,000 AmeriCorps members. So I think - you can do the math - I think that was
about six or seven million, and then we have another half a million in Senior
Corps and another million or so in Learn and Serve America [for children]," he
said.
WND reported when Obama delivered his Colorado
Springs mandate and a copy of the speech provided online apparently was edited
to exclude Obama's specific references to the new force.

As the presidential campaign advanced last year, another video appeared
that for many crystallized their concerns over such a "corps." It
shows a squad of young men marching and shouting praises to Obama. The video
is embedded here:
Congress also is considering a "public service academy, a four-year
institution that offers a federally funded undergraduate education with a focus
on training future public sector leaders."
Joseph Farah, founder and editor of WND, used his daily column
first to raise the issue of a "national civilian force" and then to elevate it
with a call to all reporters to start asking questions.
"If we're going to create some kind of national police force as big,
powerful and well-funded as our combined U.S. military forces, isn't this rather
a big deal?" Farah wrote. "I thought Democrats generally believed the U.S. spent
too much on the military. How is it possible their candidate is seeking to
create some kind of massive but secret national police force that will be even
bigger than the Army, Navy, Marines and Air Force put together?
"Is Obama serious about creating some kind of domestic security force
bigger and more expensive than that? If not, why did he say it? What did he
mean?" Farah wrote.
Solomont warned that people shouldn't be "fixated" on such apparently small
numbers.
"We hope sooner or later this will be a part of every citizen's
experience," he said.
WND reported when the bill began its quick trip
through Congress, and its original language called for a study of how best
to implement a mandatory national service program for citizens of the United
States.
Later the language was dropped from that bill, only to appear at the same
time in another legislative proposal. That plan, H.R.
1444, now is in committee.
The White House announced today that the focus of the program will be
"clean energy, education, health care, veterans care,
and economic opportunity."
Melody Barnes, director of the White House domestic policy council,
confirmed the plan was in response to Obama's demand for civilian service during
his campaign.
"That's certainly something that the president has spoken about. And he
started his call around nation service publicly during the course of the
campaign when he talked about the fact that government cannot be a solution to
all of our problems, and we have to work together," she said.
Officials said there also are specific programs for seniors and children to
become involved in the government operation, and the plan goes far beyond just
working on planting trees or addressing storm damage.
"The bill provides the opportunity for a social innovation fund," said one
official, which will allow the government to pursue changes.
The plan also raises First Amendment issues over its limitations on what
various corps participants are allowed to do.
For example, it states those in an "approved national service
position" may not try to influence legislation, engage in protests or petitions,
take positions on union organizing, engage in partisan political
activities, or, among other issues, be "engaging in religious instruction,
conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that
includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating
facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities
primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging
in any form of proselytization."
Judi McLeod wrote for Canada Free Press that the bill simply would turn
everyone into a community organizer.
"Everybody means the roughly seven million people called to public duty in
the $6 billion National Service effort," she said. "But members pressed into the
service of the one million-strong Youth Brigade, sanctioned by 'Generations
Invigorating Volunteerism and Education (GIVE),' will have none of the freedoms
of the community organizer who started it all.
"There's no room for God in Obama's long promised Youth Brigade, no room to
protest, petition, to boycott or to support a strike, and loopholes to give its
mandatory membership a pass," she wrote. "Obama's plan requires anyone receiving
school loans, among others to serve at least three
months as part of the brigade."
Gary Wood at Examiner.com said it's part of Obama's plan to set up national
service. He noted the explanation offered by White House Chief of Staff Rahm
Emanuel: "It's time for a real Patriot Act that brings out the patriot in all of
us. We propose universal civilian service for every young American. Under this
plan, all Americans between the ages of 18 and 25 will be asked to serve their
country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense
preparation and community service."
Duane Lester, writing at All American Blogger, put into words the worst
fears of opponents.
"Hitler knew that if you
control the youth, you control the future. I wrote about him in 'The Threats to
Homeschooling: From Hitler to the NEA.' As I noted in that article, Hitler said:
'The Youth of today is ever the people of tomorrow. For this reason we have set
before ourselves the task of innoculating our youth with the spirit of this
community of the people at a very early age, at an age when human beings are
still unperverted and therefore unspoiled,'" he wrote.

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.
Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department's Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.
Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators.
"We don't have any information right now that connects his murder to that case," Cmdr. Anzallo said.
Police say a "shot spotter" device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris.
A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing.
The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency's top ranks.
One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained "passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State."
PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad - Defending his brand of world politics, President Barack Obama said Sunday that he "strengthens our hand" by reaching out to enemies of the United States and making sure that the nation is a leader, not a lecturer, of democracy.
Obama's foreign doctrine emerged across his four-day trip to Latin America, his first extended venture to a region of the world where resentment of U.S. power still lingers. He got a smile, handshakes and even a gift from incendiary leftist leader Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, and embraced overtures of new relations from isolated Cuban President Raul Castro.
"The whole notion was that if we showed courtesy or opened up dialogue with governments that had previously been hostile to us, that that somehow would be a sign of weakness," Obama said, recalling his race for the White House and challenging his critics today.
"The American people didn't buy it," Obama said. "And there's a good reason the American people didn't buy it -- because it doesn't make sense."
Still, Obama made sure to inject some go-it-slow caution and clear expectations for U.S. foes as he capped his trip to twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago with a steamy outdoor news conference.
On Cuba, he said Castro should release political prisoners, embrace democratic freedoms and cut fees on the money that Cuban-Americans send back to their families. Obama has lifted some restrictions on Cuba, and Castro responded with a broad, conciliatory overture.
"The fact that you had Raul Castro say he's willing to have his government discuss with ours not just issues of lifting the embargo, but issues of human rights, political prisoners, that's a sign of progress," Obama said. "And so we're going to explore and see if we can make some further steps."
He did not, though, offer any sign of lifting the crushing U.S. trade embargo on Cuba, as many Latin American and U.S. leaders want. Obama acknowledged that the U.S. policy in Cuba for the last 50 years "hasn't worked" but said change will be gradual.
In Washington, both Democrats and Republicans said Sunday that they wanted to see actions, not just rhetoric, from Cuba.

Because there are others out there like me that are terrified of Barry Soetoro's agenda I thought I would share this blog with you. A footnote attached to the report by the Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis defines "rightwing extremism in the United States" as including not just racist or hate groups, but also groups that reject federal authority in favor of state or local authority.

On April 7, 2009, the North Dakota House of Representatives passed House Concurrent Resolution 59 (HR59) "affirming North Dakota's sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and to demand the federal government halt its practice of assuming powers and imposing mandates on the states for purposes not enumerated in the Constitution of the United States."

Here's some excerpt text of the resolution:
A concurrent resolution affirming North Dakota's sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States and to demand the federal government halt its practice of assuming powers and imposing mandates on the states for purposes not enumerated in the Constitution of the United States.
WHEREAS, the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States reads as follows: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people"; and
WHEREAS, the 10th Amendment defines the total scope of federal power as being that specifically granted by the Constitution of the United States and no more; and
WHEREAS, the scope of power defined by the 10th Amendment means that the federal government was created by the states specifically to be an agent of the states; and
WHEREAS, in 2009 the states are demonstrably treated as agents of the federal government; and
WHEREAS, many powers assumed by the federal government and federal mandates are directly in violation of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States; and
WHEREAS, the 10th Amendment assures that we, the people of the U nited States of America and each sovereign state in the Union of States, now have, and have always had, rights the federal government may not usurp; and
WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court ruled in New York v. United States, 112 S. Ct. 2408 (1992) that Congress may not simply commandeer the legislative and regulatory processes of the states; and
WHEREAS, a number of proposals from previous administrations and some now pending from the present administration and from Congress may further violate the Constitution of the United States;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF NORTH DAKOTA, THE SENATE CONCURRING THEREIN: That the Sixty-first Legislative Assembly affirms this state's sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and granted to the federal government by the Constitution of the United States and demands the federal government halt its practice of assuming powers and imposing mandates upon the states for purposes not enumerated in the Constitution of the United States.

I am trying to verify the facts regarding missing 4.5 trillion, that was supposedly owed to Leo Emil Wanta, Ameritrade. (a third of it was owed to the treasury in taxes). I am trying to find actual pleadings from the International court of Justice and warrants issued on those pleadings in Europe and US. There was a report regarding two sitting US Supreme Court Justices and one retired US Supreme Court Justice travelling to ICJ and providing US jurisdiction for those warrants. There was a report of a DC Federal Judge issuing a warrant for a very high ranked cabinet official. I am trying to get names of these judges and copies of actual warrants.

The Emperor Has No Birth Certificate

John Dean, a President Nixon staffer as Watergate was about to unfold, told his boss, "There is a cancer on your presidency."
Would any member of President Obama's staff dare tell him any such thing today?
Watergate was Nixon's 800-pound gorilla everybody talked about, who sat there until he broke the sofa. The location of Obama's birth is an 800-pound gorilla that gets fatter every day and nobody â€" at least nobody in major media â€" likes to admit its existence. There's never been a coming-together of factors resembling this one in America's entire political history.
At no point until now has the birthplace of a president been anything more than a local chamber-of-commerce item of pride (where I come, from they're still arguing whether President James Polk was born in Tennessee or North Carolina!). All of a sudden the question of President Obama's birth place threatens to undermine his very eligibility to serve, and to toss America into a constitutional crisis of unfathomable proportions.
In-depth journalism here would instinctively immerse itself in the growing blizzard of lawsuits launched by activists seeking "standing" (Do you have the right to question the president's eligibility to serve?) and writs of certiorari (Hey, Court! Will you please hear this case?). In-depth journalism would detail how many and who in which states are making the pile of challenges zoom.
In-depth journalism would distinguish between the challenges to President Obama's legitimacy on grounds of his alleged birth in Kenya versus his alleged status as a British subject by virtue of his father's citizenship. That's what in-depth journalism would do.
This may sound strange, but I believe this is a time for simple â€" even superficial â€" journalism. Let's keep the flight deck as uncluttered as possible and stick to what we all know for sure.
The Constitution insists that the president be a natural-born American. We have the president's paternal grandmother claiming she was present at his birth in Kenya, and we have a TV talk host named Keith Olbermann who tells those who say things like that to put the Reynolds Wrap back on their heads. We have no proof that Grandma was there or that Obama doubters like to wear Reynolds Wrap on their heads.
We know a few facts for certain. And our knowledge is disturbing. We know that President Obama is either covering up the truth of his birthplace or, and this is an Olympic stretch, refusing to offer proof because of some unstated "principle." I recall many college post-midnight bull-sessions debating whether taking the Fifth Amendment to avoid self-incrimination was really anything but an admission of guilt bathed in a hoped-for constitutional respectability. The "admission of guilt" side won every time.
The "grandmother-was-there" story really began before the election. The scenario goes as follows: His mother wanted to fly from Kenya to Hawaii so she could give birth in Hawaii, but she was too pregnant to fly. She therefore gave birth in Kenya and later had Barack registered in Hawaii.
We've not been allowed to see the president's birth certificate. Instead we've been offered something nobody ever heard of called a "certificate of live birth" from the state of Hawaii. If all this culminates in the revelation that Barack Obama is not, in fact, eligible to serve as president of the USA, this will go down as his team's biggest mistake. The American people may not be all we used to be, but we're not yet ready to roll over and smile at the sight of a confection designed to masquerade as a birth certificate while we're being angrily denied a look at the real thing.
Do a little thought-experiment. Let's talk "probably." If the president were unjustly accused of being ineligible to serve and the chorus became nationally audible, what would he probably do?
Probably what would happen would be the press secretary would talk to a subordinate five layers down and instruct him to talk to a subordinate another five layers down (the coffee-fetching level) and instruct him to have copies of the president's birth certificate â€" nothing else, please â€" printed and made available at the next White House news conference. That's a mosquito swat too small to make anybody's memoirs.
That’s quite far from what's happening.
We're getting nothing but angry cries of "garbage" from the administration whenever anybody dares hint at a problem or even a question. And the entire press corps seems to be in an intimidation hammerlock. Look how successfully the administration has handled this. Not only is the birth certificate issue taboo but also we’re not allowed to see Obama's applications to Columbia and Harvard. Such forms may have inconvenient answers to questions like, "Citizenship?†"Place of birth?" etc. Yet none of the working reporters dares say anything about any of this. And if one ever did, he would be pounced upon and devoured, not by the administration piranhas, but by their own brother and sister journalists.
How can the White House press corps refrain from any such questioning and then look at their faces in a mirror while shaving or applying mascara?
Disclosure: I don't care where an American president was born. I do care about the Constitution. A businessman who keep two sets of books goes to jail. It's worse when a country lists which laws we must obey and which we're free to ignore.
In the fairy tale, a 6-year-old boy brought the regime down by saying, "The emperor has no clothes!"
Trouble is, they don't allow 6-year-olds in White House news conferences.

Tasked by the FBI to provide "informational analysis" on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI's National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the "crescendo" of public concern about Obama's presidential eligibility.
Authored by Dr. Lyle J. Rapacki, Protective Intelligence Specialist and Agent, the report summarizes the substance of legal challenges to Obama on the question of his constitutional eligibility and concludes that if it "should be discovered Mr. Obama is ineligible, a constitutional crisis would ensue attempting to determine which of his executive branch orders should be valid." It goes on to warn that "if...Mr. Obama fights revealing his documentation, there is growing concern of civil unrest, or worse, being unleashed in the streets of our nation. The economic crisis coupled with this type of a constitutional crisis could prove to be a flashpoint that would test conventional law enforcement and elements of homeland security."
The stream of law suits, the most recent of which have been tendered by high ranking military officers and state legislators, to compel Obama to prove his eligibility have been unremitting and increasingly vocal. A request for "quo warranto" action, an apparent last-ditch legal remedy, was recently delivered to both the US Attorney for the District of Columbia and to the Attorney General.
Dovetailing with this unsettling assessment, and pretty much out of public view, are the following national security developments which, in their totality, could well signal acute domestic instability in the period ahead.
Upon the recommendation of the Army's Strategic Studies Institute, The Army Times reported that a somewhat euphemistically dubbed "Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF)," currently the role of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team, but which, reportedly, might eventually comprise upwards of 80,000 troops, is being trained and readied to deal with what could be widespread civil disorder resulting from an "unforeseen economic collapse" or "loss of a functional political and legal order."
Symptomatic of festering civil unrest are the many "tea parties" springing up around the country, growing fears of economic disintegration and of both crippling terrorist attacks and even of perceived federal overreaching. Add to this the very real threat of a rogue nuclear EMP (electro-magnetic pulse) attack on the homeland which could instantaneously reduce the country to a paralytic pre-industrial condition, plus the unrest on our southern border, and there appears to be ample and justifiable cause for concern and appropriate contingency planning at every level of government.

While WND has been tracking 400 individual tea parties across the nation, the American Family Association has announced its count is nearing 1,600 - for Tax Day alone.
The AFA, planned to coordinate 1,000 Taxed Enough Already, or TEA, parties to be held at 12 p.m. on April 15 in front of city halls across the nation.
But the group is pleasantly surprised as is stands to double that goal before Tax Day is here.
"Our goal was to have a TEA party in 1,500 cities. We are nearly 100 cities above our goal and still growing," said Donald E. Wildmon, AFA chairman.
The AFA sponsored TEA parties are in addition to hundreds of parties planned by other groups. Taxpayers are also organizing tea parties for Independence Day and various Saturdays so people with conflicting work schedules may attend.
Meanwhile, a Google Maps list shows several locations of citizen tea parties - so many that the United States is nearly hidden behind a sea of blue markers.
Wildmon said the protests are essential because the government's reckless spending is burdening America with insurmountable debt.
"The runaway spending by President Obama and Congress will have a definite negative effect on our families," he said. "We are leaving a debt of trillions of dollars to be paid by our grandchildren and great-grandchildren."
The organization launched a Tea Party Day website so volunteer organizers may register their protests with AFA. The website also provides a list of other protests across the nation that are not organized by AFA.
Michael DePrimo, special counsel to AFA President Tim Wildmon, told WND that AFA has been inundated with e-mails from citizens who want to attend or organize tea parties in their own cities.
"We're trying to get people to attend these and we're also encouraging others if there is no tea party in their community to start their own," he said. "All we're trying to do is really generate activity to try to try to get people to attend these rallies to really send a message to Washington."
The group encourages tea party attendees to bring a cell phone
and call the president, 202-456-1414, and Congress, 202-224-3121, while
attending the rallies.
While many mainstream media outlets have provided little to no coverage of the nation's numerous tea parties so far, DePrimo said the growing movement is proof that Americans no longer need them to launch a widespread revolution.
"I think the media does whatever the media choose to do," he said. "We're all aware that the media have a liberal bias. I suppose if it's big enough, they will report on it. If they think it really may spur some change in Washington that the media elites don't want, they may ignore the story altogether."
De Primo continued, "The good news is that with the Internet, Facebook, texting and with all the ways we can communicate today, we don't necessarily need the mainstream media anymore. The message can get out without them."

A lawyer investigating the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that the office be occupied only by a "natural born" citizen is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to cooperate with an FBI investigation into alleged cyber crimes connected to her work.
In a letter addressed yesterday to Chief Justice John Roberts, the associate justices, the Secret Service and others, California lawyer Orly Taitz, who is working on a number of eligibility cases through the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation, wrote, "I hope that the Supreme Court will show proper cooperation in investigation of such crimes by the FBI and other agencies and I request a letter of cooperation to that extent."
Taitz is just one of many attorneys across the country whose clients are raising questions about Obama's eligibility.
WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.
Adding fuel to the fire is Obama's persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers. While his supporters cite an online version of a "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.
Taitz is one of several lawyers who have brought emergency motions to the U.S. Supreme Court over the cases, only to have them dropped without a hearing.
While her effort was pending at the court, its references suddenly were scrubbed from the public website just two days before a conference among justices on the case was to be heard.
She filed a complaint with the FBI, which promised a review, but the investigative agency noted that in that situation, technically the Supreme Court was the "victim" of having its website hacked, and officials there would need to cooperate for the effort to move forward.
That circumstance generated Taitz' letter requesting cooperation.
"This is particularly important in light of the fact that there is a common denominator in a number of cyber crimes committed," Taitz wrote. She cited a hacking into her PayPal account where donations to her foundation allegedly could have been diverted, sabotage on her website and the creation of an "imposter site" for one of the plaintiffs in one of her cases.
"All of these cyber crimes, together with all the other crimes that are handled separately, have one common denominator - a concerted effort to put Obama in the White House and keep him there by virtue of fraud and concealment of all of his records," she wrote.
The president also has been named in an indictment turned in by a peoples' grand jury in Georgia, and one other man has sought a criminal complaint against the president.
Taitz also told WND she has forwarded to U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Taylor in Washington, D.C., a request for the U.S. to relate Quo Warranto "on Barack Hussein Obama, II to test his title to president."
Named as plaintiffs in the action are nine military or legislative leaders, including Allen C. James, currently on active duty in the U.S. Army in Iraq. Others include several retired military leaders as well as elected state representatives.
"Relators request that as U.S. Attorney, you institute a Quo Warranto proceeding against Obama under DC Code § 16-3502, and demand that Obama show clear title, proving, with clear and convincing evidence, that he had qualified as president elect," Taitz told Taylor.
"By each relator's constitutional oath of office, and interest above other citizens and taxpayers, relators submit that they have standing," Taitz wrote.
"In arguendo of Respondent Obama's burden of proof, motions are submitted requesting mandamus on Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle for evidence, and on Sec. State Hillary Rodham Clinton for evidence and to request evidence from Britain and the Republics of Kenya, Indonesia and Pakistan," Taitz said.
"Quo Warranto" essentially means an explanation is being demanded for what authority Obama is using to act as president. An online constitutional resource says Quo Warranto "affords the only judicial remedy for violations of the Constitution by public officials and agents."
John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution now working with the Foundation on Moral Law, said the demand is a legitimate course of action.
"She basically is asking, 'By what authority' is Obama president," he told WND. "In other words, 'I want you to tell me by what authority. I don't really think you should hold the office.'
Eidsmoe said it's clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents, "he does not want the public to know."
What else could be the reason for his hiring law firms across the nation to fight any request for information as basic as his Occidental College records from the early 1980s, he asked.
As Jerome Corsi, WND senior staff writer, explained, "The main reason doubts persist regarding Obama's birth certificate is this question: If an original Hawaii-doctor-generated and Hawaii-hospital-released Obama birth certificate exists, why wouldn't the senator and his campaign simply order the document released and end the controversy?
"That Obama has not ordered Hawaii officials to release the document," Corsi writes, "leaves doubts as to whether an authentic Hawaii birth certificate exists for Obama."
Obama officials repeatedly have declined comment, relenting only one time to call such allegations "garbage."
WND reported earlier on a proposal by U.S. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., and the criticism he's taking for suggesting that the issue be avoided in the future by having presidential candidates supply their birth certificate.
