Thank you, John. {{{HUGS}}} Your support and that of others from the old blog means so much to me. I can never tell you how much. I brought this to Phil. My reward for the 10+ years of friendship, and many months of support and endless hours on the blog defending him and his professional past for filing this suit has been NUMEROUS false, maliciously libelous accusations made against me. I have also been falsely accused in thed pleadings of using numerous aliases. On blogs, people are posting outright lies that I am an alcoholic and drug addicted and other things. None of that is true. Phil, Lisa and Momma E opened the door to the destruction of my good name by spreading and widespread dissemination of malicously libelous allegations against me.

Make no mistake John, I can absolutely prove that every single thing said about Lisa's past can be substantiated by official police and court documents which we have obtained, as well as sworn affidavits in court documents made by Lisa Rene Richardson Courville Liberi herself. We can, and definitely will, publish this extensive dossier of offical documents as soon as possible. Once again, I want to emphasize for you that it is an absolutely affirmative defense to false allegations of slander and/or libel when one is speaking the truth. I hope once you know the whole truth, you can understand why I said I no longer trusted Phil's judgement. What I didn't say was it was caused by his employing not only a person of such low character, but someone with an extensive criminal background!!! False sworn affidavits have been made to various courts and that will be easily proven as well.

Further, I read that someone (either Ron Polarik or someone posing as him) posted a highly defamatory statement accusing me of having a criminal background a block long. If it is not him I suggest he make a public denial of this ASAP. I sent him an email directly quoting the libelous comment and he has not denied it to me either directly, or in any other forum to my knowledge.

Additionally I have now been told confidentially by several people that OC posters are being threatened against posting elsewhere, or open their own blogs. We live in a climate of fear and intimidation by official authroities, and make no mistake, these threats are no exception. The whole disgusting truth is going to come out and when it does, I will be the one that is found by the courts to be defamed and libeled by Phil. Lisa and Momma E.
