Taitz Files Motion To Reconsider Barnett vs. Obama

Citing a conflict with Judge David O. Carter's hiring of a lawyer from the firm of Perkins Coie, law firm hired by Obama to keep his personal records sealed, Attorney Orly Taitz Esq. filed a Motion To Reconsider the case of Barnett vs. Obama.

Judge Carter dismissed this case on Oct. 29, 2009, stating the case needs to be filed Quo Warranto in a DC Court, where Obama resides. Several attorneys have considered filings of their own in this manner. The Motion is requested for November 20.

Eligibility Suits Go Quo Warranto

| No Comments | No TrackBacks
As Judge David Carter stated in his dismissal, this particular type of case is to be filed in a DC Court, under Quo Warranto. This is a case that needs to be handled in a state where "Obama/Soetoro" resides, and Congress is to handle it.
It makes sense to go this route, and one can only hope that DC Courts will be neutral and fair.

Judge David Carter Dismisses Eligibility Suit

Recently, we posted an article about Judge David O. Carter hiring Siddarth Velamoor. Velamoor was an attorney with Perkins Coie, the law firm paid by "Obama" to block any subpoenas for his records.
Well apparently, it paid off. Judge Carter dismissed Orly Taitz's suit, claiming it needs to be heard in a DC Court, and Congress needs to address it. It was quite a different tune from Carter's first reaction, that there was merit here, and this needed to be addressed.
No evidence, or conflict of interest?

And an amended opinion

Quietly notice how the Mainstream Media had ZERO coverage of this huge event. Just another chapter in the battle to make everything go away in the question of Obama's Constitutional Eligibility. It's in a Federal Courtroom, but I guess it's still "conspiracy."

Obama eligibility case survives 1st court test

A federal judge in California today listened to government

lawyers argue that a lawsuit over President Obama's eligibility should be immediately dismissed but refused to grant their request, saying he would make his decision and announce it later.

The result came this morning from U.S. District Judge David Carter, who already has set a tentative trial date for the dispute Jan. 26, 2010.  The judge also already had lawyers draw up a tentative schedule for hearings and deadlines in preparation for the trial.

From TheObamaFile.com

On September 9, 2009, a subpoena was issued by the District Court of the United States, 3rd Circuit, and has been served via registered mail (#RE184168898US) on the Consulate General of Kenya in Los Angeles.

The subpoena commands him to produce and permit the inspection and copying of the Certificate of Birth of Barack Hussein Obama II.

The Subpoena names various attorneys, including Orly Taitz. The image is slow to load, give it time.
